The ninth? We're having fun with that at youth orchestra right now. The
2nd movement has some wonderful, but tricky, solos; third movement is damn
near impossible at speed. No Eb part - it's hard enough to co-ordinate 1st
and 2nd! It's worse for the strings - they got severely bawled out last week!
His Festival Overture is also great - big clarinet tunes. Not easy, but fun.
If anyone is interested, we'll (Chch Youth Orchestra) be performing these
two works, plus:

Verdi - "Force of Destiny" overture
Haydn - Cello Concerto number 1 in C, soloist Rachel Johnston
An item to be announced on the night
in the Christchurch Cathedral on Wed Aug 26 at 7:30. I know there are a few
other klarinetters in Christchurch, so come along - you can get tickets at
the door. It'll be a really fantastic concert.
