I heard this concerto last night. I didn't think it was much of Haydn.
The critic Fetis, apparently made a remark that a manuscript of a Haydn
concerto was know to have existed. He didn't say that he heard it. I am
almost sure that Klocker found something with no name and assumes this
to be that concerto. I think that in the article about Klocker he
mentions that he even found, possibly, another Mozart concerto. But he
would reveal his sources, saying that everything was under lock and
key.
