Congratulations are in order for Mr. David Jones, who has been appointed
principal clarinetist of the Kennedy Center Opera Orchestra for the coming
year. David is a real veteran of the audition circuit, having been a finalist
and runner-up in countless auditions (including the last one at KCO). A fine
player, a close personal friend and classmate, he will be a real asset to the
District of Columbia. Hope those of you who live in the area will get chance
to hear him play.
