My edition of the Mozart, G. Schimer, lists the tempo of the Rondo at dotted
quarter 76. I have heard people play it much faster though, so I guess it
comes down to what you can handle technically and what you believe sounds
the best. I am not as knowledgeable on the tempo issue of the Mozart
Concerto as many other people on the list, so I will yield to them for a
more detailed answer. 72 seems to be in the ballpark.

As for the Saint-Saens and the Messanger, I haven't played these pieces so I
can't really give an opinion.
