That's called peer presure, and it's nothing new. Your question about the
"stereotypical geek" only shows that you are subject to the same presure from
peers, and the fact that you could even ask such a question shows that you need to
find your own "true" identity.

If you enjoy classical music--that's great. There's is nothing to be ashamed of.
If you want to hide the fact and fit in with the so-called "in-group," that's also
your choice. But please...don't ask the type of question you did, or refer to
someone as a "geek" for liking classical music if you you yourself do--that called
being a hipocrite.
