I recently started doing some studies like this, and I have to tell you that
when I first tried it, I couldn't do it because I kept laughing like crazy...
The vibration tickled!

It still does, but I can do it without laughing. This kind of exercise is
invaluable for strengthing and developing control of the tongue, and thus
allowing for lightness.
