My belated two cents worth; it disturbs me a bit that every time someone
expresses a negative opinion, be it on reeds, players, retailers, etc.,
someone else seems to write the list that "well I love that instrument and
how dare you disagree..." I for one appreciate the chance to share all
clarinet-related information here; and the fact that I've had bad
experiences with International Musical Suppliers, Weiner Music and a
gentleman in Sun City Arizona claiming to sell high quality used
instruments in no way says that others might not have had better results;
nevertheless it might be useful to others to know the full picture before
pursuing these resources. If it saves other Klarinet members money, and is
not unsubstantiated slander, then by all means let's hear the full story.
No censorship please!
