Picture, if you dare, the jury that has had to listen to 110 clarinetists
of greater or lesser ability playing K.622. It's a glorious piece of
music, but by the time the jury has to listen to the last player, I think
they'd be ready to pitch even Drucker out of the window. Or ask him, for
some form of relief, to play that Siegmeister thing where he sounds like
he's playing underwater.
