In a recent "Fanfare" magazine, a review of an MCC CD, (MCC New Century,
Vol. VIII, MMC MC2053) includes a recording by one of Klarinet's own, David
Niethamer. The work is "Concerto for Clarinet and String Orchestra", by
Allan Blank.

Without quoting the entire favorable review, I will give the summary:

"This is a fine piece. The clarinetist, David Niethamer, plays flawlessly,
with a very even tone throughout the range, in this very idiomatic part."
