The details of the first edition of K. 622 are completely described
in the German introduction of the NMA version of the work. The date
was 1803 and the publisher was Breitkopf and Hartel (I think - I'm
not 100% certain). A review of the edition, only recently discovered,
speaks about how remarkable the editor eliminated the low notes not
present on most clarinets.
