I would, but I've been playing the mozart on a Bb for 2 years now, and I

think I could relearn the song on an A in such a short amount of time. The
notes would be different right? because it's in a different key?

I agree that if you do one piece in A, do the mMozart in A too. My fear is
that a judge will criticize you harshly for doing one piece on A clarinet, but
not the Mozart. Think about it, ok?
(And if you can't take back the horn, experiment with a different set-up - or
maybe the mouthpiece/lig/reed would work better if you got a different barrel.
since it's a used clarinet, perhaps the barrel is just "dead", so to speak.)
