I hope so, too (another "me, too" post - bad netiquette :)

One thing to remember: your spelling and grammar are looked at by hundreds
of people. While I'm no shining example of grammatical or spelling
proficiency, I _try_ to make my postings clear and correct. Spelling,
punctuation, and grammar errors, especially on repeated postings, are
reminiscent of the persons who continually say "Um, you know, <10 words>,
you know". Whether or not it's admirable, _I_ at least tend to overlook what
these people are saying - even though what they're saying is important to
them.

I realize that many of us have "day jobs" or are busy, so we spit out a note
to Klarinet in between our daily projects. The spelling and grammar suffer,
but most of us at least try. There are a few foreign readers who send the
postings through automatic translation software (Hi Miyuki & Ichiro!) - can
you imagine what comes out of that system when words are misspelled or the
meaning unclear?

Cheers,

Mark Charette@-----.org
