What about "chromatic" F# (thumb and bottom 2 trill keys). I
use this fingering religiously in chromatic passages and when
the note preceding or following F# is an F, when possible.
Also F-F# trill.

And - I haven't tried this yet, but might this F# fingering
also work for F#-G# trill buy playing the F# then trilling
the throat G# key? This trill would be difficult to do with
first finger F#. Is there a better trill for F#-G#?
