Sorry for the confusion, Lee - just a case of my not saying what I meant.
I was trying to refer to the whole trill, Bb-C. I agree that the Bb-B
trill is best done with the fork fingering. But for the trill I meant to
refer to, I use the "sliver key" fingering for the Bb and open the bottom
two side keys for the C. It is possible (since the fingers are all on one
hand) to trill by raising and lowering all three LH fingers, but I, at
least, can't keep it even that way. But without the "sliver key" how do
you do it?
