Subj: [kl] Clarinet Concerto by Sacht or Sacht?...
Date: Tue, 21 Jul 1998 23:41:49 -0400

Greetings all!

I was listening to WQXR (96.3 NYC) yesterday and heard a clarinet
concerto being played by Deiter Klocker (sp?) by a composter Sacht or
Sach. Could somebody give me the right last name of the composer and
also tell me where I might be able to find the piece with accompaniment
and a CD recording? Being that I did catch the piece in the middle, I was
still able to catch a theme in there which is VERY familiar to us all:
"Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star..."

It was a quite splendid job that Mr. Klocker did!
