Is this definitely always a key problem? I was having a similar problem -
my teacher had a quick look at the B keys but she couldn't see anything
wrong.
(I haven't tried a repairman yet, and can't just now.)
Later I read that the difference in breath pressure required for different
notes can make it difficult to produce the B, especially if you're coming up
to it from below.
I tried changing the breath pressure and it did help more than I thought
it would, but it hasn't cleared the problem completely (but then my
breathing's
not too good yet either - I do get problems on other notes like the D, which
doesn't have a key).
