The F# to G# atop the staff trill is nicely done (a la Carmen) on a
Boehm clarinet by playing F# as 123-5-, G# as 123G#, F# as 123--6 then
trill the G# key, keeping 6 down. Try it. Works really well if you
really milk the first iteration slowly, then play the imperfect trill
more quickly.
