A few suggestions I have are the following:

Introduction, Theme, and Variations By Rossini -same guy that did The Barber
of Seville, if I am not mistaken-. This goes to the altissimo C, but if
you can make the D I wouldn't think that the C would be that big of a
problem, yes? I think if I remember correctly it is only played once and
that is the very last note. I could be wrong my memory has occasionally
failed me. :) . It is fairly difficult but a lot of fun.

What about Von Weber's Grand Duo Concertant? It is a fantastic piece! Get
the Robert Lienau edition or the Peters. The both are very good.

That is all I can think of off the top of my head. If I think of anymore I
will let you know!
