If the leak is because a key has gotten misaligned, it is often possible to fix
it by rebending the key. My clarinet teacher showed me how to do this with a
reed.
Put the thick end of the reed under another key that works on the same lever,
and press down firmly (but not too hard!) on the key that is leaking. This
should bend the metal so that it seals properly. You have to be kind of careful
to make sure you don't do damage, but it is effective.
