Paul Cezban (pretty sure that was his name), the Clarinetist for Zamfir
(pan flute player) played a Gypsy style concert at the 1994 Chicago
Clarfest. Amazing technique, style, fun. The audience was mesmerized! He
was truly a monster player, and a heck of an entertainer - effortless
playing that made fast seem easy. Was not even cheesy. (rhyme intended;)

That's the one. I knew I'd come to the right place. Thanks much.
While we're on the subject, does anybody know of any particularly wonderful
examples of Gypsy or otherwise ethnic clarinet playing? (Couldn't find any
Gypsies in Sneezy.)
