Sorry to hear this, Jason. You're really young to be plagued by
tendonitis. I've been bothered by it ( plus carpal tunnel syndrome)
for more than 20 years. Do as your doctor says. The Ibuprofin helps
(I'm on 800mg, 2-3 times a day). Maximum dosage is 2400mg per day......
and take with milk or food. You don't want to develop ulcers, guy! I
might suggest you invest in wrist braces to wear at night. They are
available at pharmacies and health aid stores. I use them regularly when
the pain and numbness starts up. As far as exercise, I squeeze a tennis
ball now and then, which seems to help, and also soak my hands in Epsom
salts and warm water regularly Good luck!.
