Good advice from Teri. For tendonitis in my R arm, I saw a physical
therapist. The exercises she gave me helped enormously. Also: Pilot
makes a pen for people with arthritis called Dr. Grip. I know that
Wal-Mart carries it. It's has an extra large barrel so you don't have to
grip as tightly as with a small or regular sized pen. Works great.
