Dear Jennifer,

I have been through very very similar difficulties as you are presently
experiencing, and perhaps worse ones than that. I know the feeling of
being overwhelmed. I am 24 years old, have had seemingly continual
disasters in my life for the past 21 years, and had been overwhelmed for
the past 10, attempting suicide 2 or 3 times, having probably over a
dozen panic/anxiety attacks, and finally collapsing this past Christmas,
about 1 or 2 days away from complete dehydration. The day after
Christmas, my mom kidnapped me, and now within the past few months I am
doing just fine.

I don't want to go into all the gory details here on the list; this is
not the place. I just don't want to see anyone else fall into the same
trap that I did with being overwhelmed. Jennifer, if you want to have
me available to talk with, just send me an email at
strawbyrri@-----. you can
call me collect at any time. Often I had wished someone would always be
there for me to talk, but no one was. I just want to offer my help to
you. I can also reccommend some very good books and exercises that you
can use to control your feelings of anxiety and depression.

Now, I will start an excellent well-paying job tomorrow, and I figure
that since no one has hired me as a clarinetist yet, I will form my own
groups. So if anyone is looking for work and is close the Pittsburgh
area, please take a look at

take care,

:)

P.S. everyone who has responded to your request has given excellent
advice.
