Well, Selmer mpcs _are_ made primarly for use on Selmer basses. But don't
limit yourself to just a C*. Try the C** and the HS and the HS* as well.
But all in all, you usually (USUALLY) can't go wrong with a Selmer mpc on
a Selmer bass.

That's not to say that a completely different setup may be better for you
as well. Dance around. Try the Hite and Fobes and Portnoy and Bay and
Pomarico...there's no perfect formula to the best bass/mpc combination.
Gotta find your own.
