Sorry about the late reply. I am intrigued by your comment about electrical tape on the reed. What is it for?

I've had a reed wizard for over a year now I have to say this is a very
important machine for me. It does a nice job if you are playing an "even"
faced mouthpiece. I've used on Black master 3.5 and V12 #4's. I do think more
lines to line up the reeds would make it a little better, but that's a small
complaint. Also in Armato's latest reed book he recomends electrical tape on
the reed. I have found this trick also works. But I know people will read it
and say " that won't work" sometime's you just have to give wierd things
try!!!! Tom Puwalski
