The Kroepsch Studies are very thorough also. They the "hanon" for the
Clarinet in my opinion

Subject: DeFranco's Hanon book
A very long time ago, when I was studying piano, the Hanon book was the
standard set of exercises that every student had to master. It probably still
is. It consisted of 60 exercises. Twenty-four were devoted to the major and
minor keys and the others helped you to develop specific mechanical abilities
(such as trilling between the ring finger and the pinky). If you could play
the entire set of exercises well, you at least had the technical ability to
play the more complicated works.
If Buddy DeFranco's book is similar, I would think that it would be an
excellent learning tool.
