You've already gotten several, but another one worth looking at is:

Foundation Studies: Scales, Chords and Intervals for Daily Practice for
Saxophone
Patterned after C. Baermann, Op. 63

I personally like the fact that you get a comprehensive set of interval
studies for each key in 3-4 pages each. Also some things on triplets and
articulation.
