Subj: [kl] Silver plating and B-45 mouthpieces revisited

I resigned onto the Klarinet list right at the tail end of this discussion and
now I have a student with an E-11 clarinet and a B-45 mouthpiece, and sure
enough the thing is tarnishing like mad starting from the mouthpiece and
working it's way down. (First the ligature and then the top ring of the
barrel, etc.)

What I need to know is what the silver strips that were mentioned are, and
where they can be obtained.
