Many, many thanks for that good discussion of Japanese word structure.
By the way, my daughter Lyndie just wrote to say that she had arrived
safely in Japan for a tour of several weeks as lead singer for the
Billy Vaughn Orchestra (I hope I spelled his name right). Try to
catch one of her performances if it is convenient for you folks who are
in Japan. Meanwhile, I'll try to get a more detailed performance schedule
from her.
