To answer 2 questions at once:

My on-line database at
http://www.sneezy.org/clarinet/Databases/ComposerForm.html lists Peters in
addition to Kunzelman/Kneusslin for Op. 4 and Op. 7 - probably just a
distributor. However, Op. 2 in Eb show that there is a Ricordi edition of
that piece edited by Bellison.
