My advice - take your most talented kid and work with him privately. The ones
who arre struggling - well, do the same. Perhaps you could work an agreement
with families to give them extra lessons for money. I've done this, and have
had great results! That's how i got one student first chair, and another
student with Downs Syndrome to get a good embrochure and play in tune. Good
