That's the problem with group lessons - keeping those little tykes
together. Both the star and the one falling behind need private
attention, for different reasons. If you can't do it yourself, get them
in touch with someone who can. The best compromise possible if the
students can't meet at other times is to steal a few minutes while the
rest of the class is working on some exercise you've created. But the
noise and commotion is still going to create problems.

The Rubank book introduces the higher register by way of the leap from C
to G, then continuing with the "middle" upper register for starters. Then
the break from A to B and back. The interval E to B is not the easiest
introduction - for one thing, it complicates matters because I find some
beginners are still having problems with the right hand in the beginning
stages of high register work.
