Sounds like an appropriate comparison to me. Some people think of Rockwell
as merely and "illustrator," but he did it with artistry. Andersons works
were light, but that is what was intended, and they were done with great
skill and style.

Won't it be interesting in 100 years or so to hear people argue over which
particular brand of typewriter to use to get just the sound Anderson
intended? (Use a fresh ribbon to get a "dark" sound. :-) )
