I played the following version with a symphonic band six years ago. It was
already in our university band library, so I do not know if it is still in
print:

1968 Boosey and Hawkes

I played all three movements, but the director and I made several large cuts in
tutti sections. Although the transcription is done fairly well, as with many
orchestral transcriptions, certain sections just do not sound very good!
