Hi Mario. As for Goodman quartet recordings, I would recommend you find the
earliest ones. These would be on a BMG label of some sort (rca, bluebird).
Although the sound is not hi-fi, this was his most creative period. . .he was
recording these tunes for the first time.
I also highly recommend the sextet recordings of the 30s and early 40s on
Columbia/Sony, especially the ones with Charlie Christian and Cootie Williams.
