The Spirit is an "entry-level" intermediate instrument. It has a medium-sized
bore. (14.85mm) It is responsive with w full-bodied tone. It has an
outstanding even scale, with fluid response. It is excellent for its low
price.
Leblanc does not use maket this horn in the U.S., although it is published in
their catalogue that I called for that lists all of their clarinets.
I don't know how professional you are looking towards getting to, but if you
seriously want to play in top-notch professional ensembles, the Concerto C
clarinet is excellent, and not terribly hefty with the price tag, either. If
you are looking for something not that serious, the Spirit sounds like a good
idea.
