Actually, AOL 4.0 does not have Personal Publisher, but you can use =
AOLPress (and other web programs). I prefer AOLPress to the Personal =
Publisher anyway because you have more freedom.

So, you can still create your own web pages while using AOL 4.0. (That's =
what I use at home.)
