These areindeed available. I think Book 3 is the most valuable book of them
all. It goes through each note of the chromatic scale twice with a series
of exercises based on scales arpeggios and scales in thirds. A most
valuable book for the intermediate/advanced player looking to play some
more interesting scale exercises. I use it a lot with my students here in
New Zealand.
