Another thing that has kind of bothered me is that in some movies you see
actors playing instruments and it looks authentic, sometimes the horn is not
as good. For example, if you see someone playing a crappy instrument, and the
sound coming out is really good, you know something is wrong. ;o)

I'm a big Simpons fanatic too. And even though Lisa's fingerings are FAR from
authentic (playing more notes over a course of a held note), there have been
times where her tenor sax sounds a lot like a bari.......
