Dear List,

I thought that any of you that are Star Trek fans would like to hear this.
About 2 weeks ago I went to a special event in "Space Week" at the Kennedy
Space Center here in Florida. One of the celebrity guests was Garrett
Wang, who plays Ensign Harry Kim on the Star Trek "Voyager" series. On
the show, he has played clarinet several times. I got the chance to ask
him if he really played clarinet. He answered that he didn't, but that he
had insisted that when he is pictured playing, that the notes he is seen
playing are the "right" ones that are heard. He also said that Kim will
be featured playing the clarinet in the season premiere next fall. Nice
guy.

May your reeds live long and prosper!
