There is no such animal. The works to which you are referring
are two concertpieces for clarinet, basset horn, and piano which
also exist in arrangements for orchestral accompaniment, one of
which is by Mendelssohn, the other by the Baermann father, I
think.

I do not know if there are band arrangements of these works.
