Try King Music at http://www.kingmusic.com/band.htm#clar. According to
their web page, the list price for the Selmer BBb contra is $16,250.00;
their price $12,187.50, including shipping. Anyone care to guess what
percentage of the sales price goes to shipping ;-)

For that matter, I'd bet that the Woodwind & Brasswind sells them too, just
doesn't list them in the catalog. If you telephone them, I'm sure they'd
quote you a price.
