Jason, any of Vandie's '13' line of mouthpieces are specifically designed
to work with the Buffet R13s. (They probably work with an E13 as well,
since that's basically the student R13.) They are made to help the player
deal with the slight flatness of the upper chalameau, as well as other
standard quirks of the R13s.
