Well, I saw one on the internet advertised brand new at $12,587. I don't
have the site offhand (I have it bookmarked on my other computer - the one
in storage...doh!), but if I ever find it again, I'll post it.

If you aren't a member of the contrabass list, you should join - there are
usually announcements of various new and used contra instruments of all
kinds for sale there.
