For years now I have used a mouthpiece patch. I used to go through them fairly
quickly, One day at the dentist, I mentioned the problem. He asked me to bring
in my mouthpiec next visit. I did. In five minutes, he smoothed the sharp
jagged points off my front teeth that were gouging the mouthpiece patch. Try
it next time you go to the dentist. (I assume everybody takes proper care of
their teeth and gums????)
