Keychains.

I'm serious. I've had a mouthpiece keychain that I've been using for about
three years now. Granted, it was an Opperman and not a B-45...But even so
it's a riot and gets lots of comments and reactions.

I drilled a little 1/8" hole through the tip about a half inch from the top.
I forced a standard keychain ring (this was the hard part, but it eventually
went in with some forcing) through the little hole and voila! Keychain! Next
I hung my keys on the ring (Obviously).

I also stuck an old ligature on it and a dead reed just for ha-ha's. (You
have to break the tip off of the reed to make it fit with the ring there, but
I didn't plan on using it anymore, anyway. The reed occasionally falls out,
but replacements are easy enough to come by... :)

P.S. The mouthpiece was broken before I made it into a keychain, just in case
anyone was wondering! The moral of the story is: ALWAYS keep your mouthpiece
cap on your clarinet when you are not playing.
