I am just returning to my beloved clarinet (it will be out of the shop
Saturday). I was playing on a Charles Bay and the end of high school and
through college. Is it a rubber mouthpiece? What do professionals play on? I
don't know that I had a specific "patch" on my mouthpiece, but my lesson
teacher put a small rubber patch on my it and I remember it made quite a bit of
difference, at least regarding my comfort! From what I'm understanding, they
sell these at the music stores?

Thanks

Stacy
