Hello all. I am a dog breeder and musician. One of my puppies has
developed a musical style of his own. He is now 18mths old and from day one
has heard me practice my Clarinet program. He sings with me from C' up the
scale and down (truly). He is a scream! When I play Weber (Concerto2 Eb)
he hides under the covers of bed until the final section of the 3rd movement
whence he leaps out of bed and Sings the running scales to the end getting
louder as the tempo speeds up! His fav piece is the Mozart clari concerto.
He will run home from wherever he is playing just to listen to this one. Oh
yes.... He will leave the room when I play Brahms.
I guess I should not be amazed that a dog can develop musical discernment.
Christina (and puppies Aria songbird, Aviva, Applause ,Allegra,
Alexander {rag time band}, and EIEIO {as in old macdonald had a farm...}
