Bill,
You can download the MIDI format files then load them into your music
publication software to produce musical notation. Unfortunately, you will
lose dynamic markings, phrasing markings, etc. To download a midi format
file rather than playing it, try right clicking on the link. My browser
(IE4) gives me an opportunity to save the object of the link to my hard
disk.

The PDF format file uses Acrobat to read and print the file. My results have
been pretty good. Remember that the printed version usually looks much
better than the resolution shown on the screen. I have the 3.01 version of
the reader available for free from
http://www.adobe.com/prodindex/acrobat/main.html . BTW, the right mouse
click method works well for PDF format files after you load the add-in. (I
had the problem where after I clicked on the link, the PDF format file would
load in Acrobat, but it gave me no save option.)
