Ever see a snap clothespin? Since electric clothes dryers became almost
universally used, they are seldom seen, but you can still buy them. Two of
them in your pocket will solve this problem.

They're also great for pianists and other keyboard players. I use one to
hold a book open, and when I have a tricky page-turn, I slip another
another under the righthand page so I can slip a fingertip in and turn a
page fast, without the pages underneath the new one trying to follow it.
